Sample-making is costing both time and money, as we all know it is not only to source and keep so many different materials in stock, but also to pay more higher salary for these employees, since efficiency to make only a few pcs samples can not be compared with line-production.( The salary system is : Higher fixed salary plus smaller efficiency bonus),Thus you are kindly requested to pay us more against FOB price.

To avoid confusion and negligence,sample charges should be settled before samples are actually sent out .With our experience,many sample charges are forgotten to be paid when time passed, thus we have to spend lots of unnecessary time to push and double-check with the relative departments. We will save these time to work hard and offer better service with your cooperation.

For the samples using special specific materials or components, which we do not have in stock, we are forced to book up a mini quantity, appr. 3-600 metres for man-made Faber, and appr.1500-2500metres for cotton or poly/cotton fabric which we will discuss together case by case.

We would like to refund you the samples charges through bulk production payment deduction,when you have placed with us the orders for each style more than 2000pcs.
